Things have changed so much for many of us regarding clothes because of the pandemic and some of us just can't face shopping any more.

Maybe you no longer need to 'dress up' for work and are based more at home, and of course many of us are not going out socialising as much as we were with the social restrictions in place.

The High Street experience has changed too with many stores closing and of course mandatory masks and closed fitting rooms make it very difficult.

I have found that my boutique shopping experience here in the studio is working really well. You have the whole studio to yourself and I can help you with your best styles and colours. You can come out and view any time and it's ok for you to try the clothes on.

I finally manged to venture into Stirling last week to see how the high street is recovering after the Lockdown and for me it was really disappointing.

Apart from a lot of the shops and restaurants being closed, I found in the shops I did go into the experience was tense and serious because of the pandemic/restrictions rather than the feel good customer service orientated experience I had prior to March.

This is understandable but I really think the larger companies are going to have to work hard on their service and smiles if the High Street is going to survive.

Although the masks are mandatory right now I wonder if they will be a barrier to building relationships with customers in the future.

My home Style Studio currently remains buoyant as clients are coming to shop for clothes on a 121 and it's almost like being outside with the large doors open.
