ct red puffer The weeks are flying by with Autumn in full flow. We have seen some fabulous colours re-emerge this season with beautuful burgundy and ravishing red making a comeback.

My clothes are selling well and I think my clients are realising that these Captain Tortue clothes are great quality and so chic and that this   boutique is here to stay...

With so many shops closing on the High Street it is wonderful be able to offer you something other than online shopping.

You can come here to the comfort of the studio at a time to suit and I will help you choose the best colours and styles for your shape.

models 2018 sep

Thank you to all who came to my Fashion Show here in the Stirling studio last Friday. The models were fabulous and we had a fun evening.

We managed to collect around 50 items of unworn clothing for survivors of Domestic Abuse via Scottish Women's Aid.

I was delighted to welcome Rachael Bews from Alicas, the organisation who is leading this initiative.

Rachael is striving to persuade retail giants to donate their surplus clothing stock to those in need rather than sending it to landfill sites.

She recognises like me how looking good can improve self-confidence, identity and dignity on a huge scale.

Pictured above are my modelling team who literally worked their socks off! Thank you!

alicas panel I was delighted to speak about creating your own Capsule Wardrobe at the launch of 'profit for good' organisation Alicas in Edinburgh this   week.

I was also part of the panel discussing sustainable fashion and how what you wear can impact your confidence, dignity and identity.

Founder Rachael Bews will be speaking about how Alicas is hoping to provide 300 brand new capsule wardrobes to victims of domestic   abuse via Scottish Women's Aid at my Captain Tortue Fashion Show this Friday 28/9/18.

This will be a fun event - tickets are £10 including drinks 07933 911522

tervit and meI was delighted this week to host my second She's in Biz networking event in Stirling with over 20 female business owners attending.

Sit down lunch at The Crannog was delicious and we were lucky enough to have Jen Tervit Mcdonald from Perfect Penny Marketing (above     left) in the 'Ask the Expert' slot.

As the seasons change this is a busy time for me helping clients with their Winter wardrobes but my Captain Tortue clothes are proving very   popular as you can come here to the studio and don't have to step inside a shop.

I will choose your best colours and styles for your shape so there will be no mistakes or returns.

On Sunday I am attending the Scottish Autism fundrasing lunch in Glasgow and I'm looking forward to watching the fashion show.

meteal I'm very excited that my Captain Tortue clothes are proving very popular this Autumn/Winter season already. They are great value, chic,   stylish and I think more and more clients are loving the completely stress free experience of shopping in a home environment with a cup of   tea and personal stylist on hand.

There is no charge for this and no obligation to buy - just sit back and I will show you your best style and colours.

I have an offer for September - if you buy 5 items (your capsule wardrobe) you get this versatile dressy Tshirt (above) FREE in the colour of   your choice!

Choose from teal, khaki or black.
