I can't believe Christmas Day is only just over 2 weeks away!

How are you getting on with your shopping?

I'm having my 'Mince Pies and Mulled Wine' social here in the Stirling studio this Saturday 7/12/19 10am-12pm so you can do some Christmas Shopping in comfort and enjoy some mince pies and mulled wine.

You can browse Neals Yard Remedies, Stella and Dot jewellery and of course my French Captain Tortue clothes and accessories, many of which are now reduced.

Last week I ran my first ever Re-Invention Room Retreat in sunny Fuerteventura.

This involved some fitness sessions - Pilates, Aqua and lots of walking, some relaxation and mindfulness (by the pool) and some pampering in the form of hand massage by the lovely Abidah our resident chef and housekeeper!

I did a Style and Colour session so took lots of my lovely colourful Captain Tortue scarves which can really lift both complexion and mood!

Everyone felt they had a much clearer idea of what suits them and what not to wear.

The ladies bonded perfectly and are already planning their next one together in the same week next year!

November is a perfect time to head to the sunshine before the real madness of Christmas begins - everyone felt refreshed, recharged and happy!

My next Retreat runs 7-11 March 2020 and currently the flights are looking very reasonable with Jet 2 from Edinburgh.
