Our society is more conscious of body and image than ever before and my clients usually tell me they want to look younger, slimmer and more stylish - or for my female clients more feminine or smarter is a request I often get.  My clients come to me for a variety of reasons - perhaps a big life change (for example a divorce or career change), or they don’t like, or haven’t got time for, clothes shopping. They all however have one thing in common - the desire to feel good about themselves and increase their confidence and achieve their goals.

I'm Elaine Machray and my clients come from Stirling and the Central Belt.  I offer a range of fitness programmes and makeovers to both sexes and for all ages.  I offer Pilates Classes, Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Circuit Training and men only classes. 

For those ladies looking to completely change their image I offer a complete makeover service including personal shopping, wardrobe revamp and and style/colour analysis (all great as a special present for Christmas, Birthday or Valentines).  I also hold style evenings which are always great fun.
