I believe that physical fitness is a major factor in achieveing a positive self-image and is far more effective in the long term than any diet or anti-depressant in losing weight and feeling good which is why I enjoy Fitness Pilates.
Fitness Pilates is a unique form of physical exercise that improves flexibility, agility and can even relieve back pain. You can build strength wothout the worry of bulking up and it's one of the safest ways to exercise without fear of injury.
You don't need to have exercised recently, regularly or have done Fitness Pilates before to enjoy this persona and friendly class. It's never too late to start so try something new today.

Cardio-Tone - a mix of traditional aerobics, toning and Fitness Pilates (fat-burning, flexibility and strength)
Fitness Pliates - stregthens core area (back, stomach, pelvic floor) as well as improving posture and flexibility. Can relieve back pain and general aches. Very relaxing.
Private tuition available on request.
