We can’t truly reinvent ourselves without enjoying the benefits of being fit. Fitness has been an important part of my life and has helped me through the ups and downs of life, so as a qualified and experienced fitness instructor I want to share this with you. We need to work on our cardiovascular (fat burning) fitness as well as our strength and flexibility – they are both vital for a healthy life. As a runner, and previous aerobics and gym instructor, I am well qualified to offer you advice on the former as part of an Individual Fitness Programme. Pilates is my solution to strength and flexibility issues, and I currently teach 6 classes in the Stirling area as well as working on a one to one basis with some clients.
